Refund & Returns Policy

At PranaVeda Yoga Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality yoga and wellness services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Classes and Memberships

Payments made for yoga classes, memberships, workshops, and wellness programs are generally non-refundable. However, cancellation requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of PranaVeda Yoga Studio.

Class Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule a booked class by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Missed Classes

No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes or no-shows.

Workshops and Special Events

Fees paid for workshops, special events, retreats, or promotional programs are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by PranaVeda Yoga Studio.

Digital Products

Any downloadable materials, online courses, recorded sessions, or digital content purchased through our website are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Studio Cancellation

If PranaVeda Yoga Studio cancels a class, workshop, or program, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future class or program.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
